Baby Modeling Contents

Baby photo contests are your chance to use some of your adorable baby photos to win prizes, holidays, and more. What's more, it's a great way to get your baby some really good exposure.

Using a baby photo contest and/or a baby modeling contest is a great way to leverage the exposure that can come out of participating in one of these events - especially if your baby wins, of course.

Many parents enter their babies into these contests simply to win a little extra cash - or just to say that my baby won a contest, period. Although there is absolutely nothing wrong with that... they totally miss the "real" opportunity that has just presented itself.

You can use the exposure that you obtain from your baby winning (or as a runner up) a photo contest, to their advantage. Leverage the fact that your baby has done really well, when applying to a baby modeling agency.

Many national or regional newspapers, and magazines, run baby photo contests. Others are run by major advertisers - such as those companies who manufacture baby related products.

There are also a number of reputable websites that run regular contests.

• BabiesOnline.com - if your baby is 3 years of age or younger, they can participate in the BabiesOnline.com photo contest. Monthly contests are themed, and prizes are sponsored by baby stores like Babies R Us. Prizes are over $300 each month.
• BabyZone.com - organize contests for babies, toddlers, and pre-school children. The contest is more about creativity than about who has the cutest baby. Each weekly winners will go to the monthly finale. Three monthly winners will receive $25 gift certificates. What's more, the winners also qualify for the yearly grand finale

Keep your eyes open for them! They are great ways to earn your baby extra cash... and don't forget about the benefits of also leveraging the situation to your baby's advantage :-)
